I don't know why i'm even bothering. My responses are going to sound exactly the same as everyone else's. I'm not anyone special jeez -___ -
anyway, so i'm supposed to talk about my best friend?
Do i have one? No, but i have the bestest friends you can get :) Our group is like none other. We all have such distinct, contrasting personalities, yet we are linked together to form one, with this special bond that other people cannot comprehend. I know what you're thinking: Argh i don't want to hear about you going on about how great your group is because clearly, they're competitive nerds who study all day. Get a life, bitch. You're nothing.
If you don't know already, i belong in one of the biggest groups in the school. That isn't necessarily a good thing, but we can't help it. Exclusion is not acceptable, and i never thought that existed in real life, til i came into high school - reality. My best friends have really changed my life. I was broken, hopeless when i came into year 7. Graduating from primary school, i was the loser, the goodygoody that got bullied on Bebo. I was clueless, had no idea that defending myself was ever an option and i never experienced the true feeling of friendship love and care.
My friends healed me without knowing i was ever broken in the first place. Without even knowing what kind of person i was, they invited me to join their wonderful bond. On the outside, my friends don't seem like much. They're just the asians who hang around each other and get good grades. Beneath all that, they are the most supportive, caring, genuine people you will ever meet. People who will help you with anything and everything, people who you don't feel awkward telling things to, people who will keep every secret, give great advice and always lead you to the right path when you're getting off track. Like me. FYI, just so YOU know, they're fun.
They also taught me to value things that are more important in life. They helped me set real goals and they are always truthful. Sometimes i wonder, why they tell me things that i don't like to hear, knowing i won't like it. Then i realise it's because they care about me. Other friends, who shall stay nameless, know that what i'm doing isn't the right thing but they want me to keep going on just so they can see me fall and get hurt. Some 'friends' enjoy other friends' misery.
When people say don't judge a book by it's cover, really, don't (even though i do that sometimes T_T). Sit with us, just for a day and you will know what i'm talking about. Cos when we smile, we smile because of each other, not for each other.
Oh and i'm sorry if i sound so stuck-up, i really don't mean it that way. I just need to express my appreciation in some way.. Day 2- my crush. I bet you'll be looking forward to that guys~ Hahaha night :))
